Delivery time frames begin calculating once your order has shipped from our warehouse. Once tracking has been provided, allow for 7-10 business days for the carrier to update the status. Tracking may not update until your order reaches your local delivery provider. All orders are shipped from the US to Canada.
PLEASE NOTE: When an order is shipped out, your package may be transferred to a different carrier for final delivery. You can find your shipment's alternative tracking number as follows:
1. Go to your email and open the tracking email you received for your package.
2. Click on the highlighted "View Details" link.
3. On Shipment Details, you will see the Alternate Tracking Number at the bottom section.
4. You can also track your package using the alternate tracking number on Canada Post's website.
