Orders placed from November 15 to December 25, 2023, will now enjoy an extended return window of 60 days.
- Eligible Order Period: Applicable only to orders made between November 15 and December 25.
- Extended Returns Window: If your order falls within this period, you have 60 days to initiate a return.

NON-ROXY RETURN
Please ensure you return the correct item(s) when making a return. Roxy is not responsible for non-Roxy items shipped back to us in error. No compensation will be provided for incorrect items sent to Roxy.
RETURN POLICY
- Merchandise can only be returned if purchased online directly from www.roxy.ca
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Merchandise must be in their original state, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
- Items listed as FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund.
- Shipping charges incurred during checkout are not refundable.
- Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

How do I check the status of my return?
Returns are required to be sent back using a carrier of the customers choice. We recommend tracking the package based on the selected carrier.
Once the package has been received by our facility, please allow 5-7 business days to complete. Additional processing time may occur based on your financial institution.

How long can a return take to complete?
Once a return has been sent back, please allow for the required transit time based on your selected carrier/method. Once the return has been received by our facility, allow and additional 5-7 business days for the refund to be completed back to your original form of payment.

Can I return an item purchased in-store?
We only accept returns directly from online purchases at Roxy.ca
If you purchased the item from a retail location, you will need to visit the location, you will need to visit the location for a possible return.

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to create exchanges. If you would like to create a return, please follow the instructions below.

Returned an order purchased with a prepaid gift card?
If a prepaid gift card was used to place your order and a return was processed, the funds will be returned to the prepaid gift card. Refunds are processed back to your original form of payment regardless or what was used.
If you no longer have the prepaid gift card or the card has expired, you will need to contact the card provider for options.
