    To Initiate A Warranty Claim

    Please contact warranty.usa@boardriders.com. When doing so, please include:

    • Your name
    • Product number/Color/Size
    • Brief description of the issue that you are encountering with the product
    • Photos of the defective area
    • Copy of the original proof of purchase

    At this time, there are delays in processing warranty requests.  Warranty claims will be addressed in the order they are received. We appreciate your patience, and our team will work diligently to process your claim as efficiently as possible.   • How do I check the status of my warranty claim?

    Once we receive your email, one of our warranty coordinators will reach out to you with the next steps to get your claim processed via email. Warranty claim shipments sent in without prior approval will be returned to sender.

  • Apparel & Accessories Warranty

    Apparel and Accessories Warranty Policy

    Policy covers specifically: Apparel & Accessories

    Boardriders warrants all apparel to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase, when purchased from an authorized dealer. The apparel warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.  If a Boardriders product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, Boardriders will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at the technician’s discretion. Boardriders is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.

    Warranty policy is subject to the following limitations:

    • - All warranty claims must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt from an authorized dealer.
    • - All warranty claims returned must have prior return authorization.
    • - Repaired or replaced products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty.

    Policy covers specifically: Bags, Backpacks and Luggage

    Boardriders warrants all Bags, Backpacks and Luggage to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, when purchased from an authorized dealer.     Boardriders warrants all Eyewear to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase, when purchased from an authorized dealer. The Eyewear warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but does not cover misuse of the product, lack of care, user caused scratches to the lenses, accidents, or loss of the product.  If a Boardriders product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, Boardriders will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at the technician’s discretion. Boardriders is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.

    Boardriders warrants all snow specific Outerwear (soft goods), Snowboards and Snowboard Boots to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, when purchased from an authorized dealer.     Boardriders warrants all watches to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase, when purchased from an authorized dealer. The watches warranty covers the movement, hands, and face of the watch, but does not cover the watch case, crystal, battery or band, normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse.  If a Boardriders product is found to be defective after inspection by a warranty technician, Boardriders will repair or replace the product with an existing comparable model at the technician’s discretion. Boardriders is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products.

  • Wetsuit Warranty

    Wetsuit Warranty

    Policy covers specifically: Wetsuits

    Roxy wetsuits have been designed using the lightest most flexible materials. All stitched styles carry a limited lifetime warranty on workmanship and a limited 1 Year warranty (from the date of purchase) on materials. All glued and blind stitched suits carry limited 1 Year warranty (from the date of purchase) on workmanship and materials. Under our warranty guidelines Roxy will repair or replace (at Roxy's sole discretion) this wetsuit if found to be defective under normal use and proper care.
